Now Recruiting
I am looking for men and women that fall into one or two of three different categories.
- Licensed Insurance Agents
- Individuals that are interested in becoming licensed to sell insurance.
- Insurance Agent Recruiters
You may be in one, or two of these categories yourself, or you may know someone that falls into one of these categories, which could make you a recruiter.
Look, you can get some of my history by reading the About Us page, but let me cut to the chase.
I got my first insurance license in the early 90′s, and you could say I have been around the insurance and financial services block. I have had to learn some very hard and expensive lessons, but now I am on a path that I am so excited about that I want to share with others. Yes, I am excited about it, but I am not out there recruiting my insurance producer competition because I am such a good guy. I am out recruiting, because I have essentially assembled an insurance model that is wicked awesome. It’s one of those things that when I go to bed, I am trying to think of ways to get my message to the masses. When I wake up, I am thinking about growing my business and my team. I get excited to think about what a perfect storm I have stepped into, and I am literally racing others in my business that are trying to deliver a weaker message to our competition.
The bottom line for going to the expense of getting this message to you is because if we determine that this model is a fit, and you decide it is a fit for you as well, I will make money when you make money. Oh, and guess what, you can do the same thing I am doing.
Here are the things that this model has:
- Top Compensation. Having been in the industry, I know what certain products pay. I shopped around a lot, and this model is seriously at the top.
- Freedom. You decide when, where, how much or how little you want to work. You decide what hours you want to work.
- Autonomy. No one makes you do things you do not want to do. (Except for your state’s insurance regulatory board. i.e licensing and continuing education.)
- Flexibility. Work as much or as little as you want to work.
- Variety. This model has a crazy number of insurance and financial services options. Seriously, there are too many to list. But even more importantly is that the products are offered through name brand companies. I’m not talking about your fly-by-night, no-name companies here. I am talking about competitively priced, high-value, name brand, national and international brand names. But what is even more exciting is that it’s not just one. When you represent your prospects and clients you can pick and choose from numerous companies for the very best, lowest-priced products for your customers. And as a result, you will win more business, you will save your customers a lot of money, and they will think you’re awesome, and then they will send all of their friends to you to save them money too.
- Location. You can work from your home, a private office, or from a beach in Hawaii. You do need a computer, phone and internet connection.
- Renewals. Sell it once, and if it pays renewals, you get paid renewals.
- Leverage. Leverage yourself by getting paid on a recurring basis without having to do more work, and leverage yourself by teaching and training others to do the same.
- Steve Miller. If we determine that we can work together, I am going to show you ways to market that few people know or understand. I have spent thousands of dollars on training and software, and I have spent a lot of time learning what works and what does not, and I am going to put you on the short track to successful marketing strategies. I am going to let you in on some really cool Ninja type stuff. (Given the fact that you are reading this now is evidence of my ability to deliver.)
- Opportunity. Seriously, this one should be #1. Yeah, I know, everyone says their opportunity is the best… blah blah blah, whatever… I’m not pulling your leg here. The model that I am referring to is unique in several ways, and when I reveal it to veteran insurance agents, they get all googly eyed.
- Very low, and easily or non existent minimum production requirements.
- Low barriers of entry. Hey, nothing in this world is free, but this model comes really really really close. As someone that went through a typical agency model, I’m not going to shed any tears for people that say they can’t afford to start working for themselves at this insanely low cost. (Although, as any business owner will testify, starting and owning a business does have some costs, and this one is no different.) On the other hand, I am also going to show you a ton of cool free marketing techniques that I paid a lot of money to learn, and years to refine.
- Overrides. You recruit, your recruits produce, you get paid overrides. (A percent of your sub-producers sales)
I have yet to find a model in existence that offers the things in this list. Anywhere! If these things don’t get you excited, you should look for something else. (Frankly, I can’t think of something else more exciting, but maybe you can find something.)
Now here is the news that may limit a few people reading this message. If you have a felony, I’m sorry to say that it’s unlikely that you will be able to get a license to handle other people’s money. I’m sorry, this is probably not for you. You may want to refer a friend or family member.
This model will support Life, Annuity and Financial Services producers in all 50 United States, however if you are interested in producing property and casualty, we are currently limited to the following states as of Feb 1 2012.
- Arizona
- California
- Colorado
- Idaho
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Mexico
- North Dakota
- Oregon
- Texas
- Utah
- Washington
- Wyoming
The organization that we work with on property and casualty insurance is already in the process of adding additional states, and we will update the list as additional states become available.
If you are interested in learning more, get a hold of me through the contact tab. Shoot me an e-mail, whatever. It’s going to be a good time.
